Ingredients:
- Sweet corn
- Dill
- Butter
- Salt
Directions:
- Grill, roast, or boil the corn cobs until done.
- Finely dice fresh dill, then mix into warm butter with a sprinkle of salt.
- Slather the butter on the corn cob before serving.
Tickly Pickles
- Cucumbers
- Dill
- Garlic
- Vinegar (apple cider or white)
- Salt
- Sugar
Directions:
- Make brine of: water, vinegar, salt, sugar. Heat to a boil.
- Place cucumbers, dill, and garlic in a jar.
- Pour hot brine into jar and seal immediately.
Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Honey
Directions:
- Dice strawberries.
- 2. Smash, grate, mince, much, mash, grind, churn, crush, clash, and squeeze berries until they are very small.
- Heat berries in a saucepan, and then add honey and mix.
- Reduce on a low heat until spreadable like butter!
Pesto Jacket Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Small potatoes (Yukon gold, purple, etc.)
- Butter
- Pesto
- Cheese
Directions:
- Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork, and then bake in the oven at 350F until soft enough to cut.
- Dice up the potatoes into small chunks, and then mix in butter and a lot of pesto.
- Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
Salad Walad
Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Carrots
- ——-
- Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Turmeric
- Annatto
- Cumin
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Shred carrots into chopped up lettuce.
- Mix the dressing and taste it before coating the salad.
Mac N Chz
Ingredients:
- Pasta
- Milk
- Butter
- Cheese
- Salt
Directions:
- Put the pasta water on to boil, and remember to add salt to make the water as salty as the sea once it comes to boil.
- Shred a lot of cheese.
- Heat a small amount of butter in pot, and mix in the same amount of flour. Stir it into a paste, and once it starts smelling yummy, begin VERY SLOWLY pouring in a little bit of milk at a time, as you mix it in really well. Stop adding milk once you have the amount of sauce you want, and then mix in all of the cheese!
- Cook the pasta, then drain it, before mixing it into the cheesey sauce.
Jammin Nectarines
Ingredients:
- Nectarines
- Sugar
- Calcium powder
- Pectin powder
Directions:
- Cut up all the nectarines into small pieces, then mash them in a bowl.
- Heat them on a stove with half the volume in sugar. Bring to a boil on medium-low heat.
- Add a small amount of calcium powder and then pectin, and mix well.
- Pour into jars while hot, and seal immediately.
I WANNALOTA SALSALATA
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Corn
- Onion
- Garlic
- Bell pepper
- Lime juice
- Cilantro
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Dice all vegetables into small bits, definitely smaller than bite size.
- Squeeze lime juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Great with home-made corn chips!
Summer Explosion- with Nuts!
Ingredients:
- Onions
- Peppers
- Celery stalks + leaves
- Carrots
- Tomatoes
- Radishes
- Lemon Cucumber
- Assortment of nuts
- ———–
- Honey
- Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Turmeric
- Cinnamon
- Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Dice onions and radishes.
- Cut all other vegetables into smaller-than-bite-size pieces.
- Crush all the nuts up into very small pieces.
- Mix all salad ingredients together.
- Mix dressing and taste before coating the salad.
Magical Meat
Ingredients:
- Ground turkey meat
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Hot wax pepper
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Fresh cilantro
Directions:
- Dice the onion, garlic, and pepper into fine pieces.
- Sautee the veggies in a bit of olive oil until lightly browned.
- Add the spices and heat for a minute or so while stirring.
- Add the turkey meat and cook until browned and done all the way through.
- Dice the fresh cilantro and mix into turkey just before serving.
Krunchy Dinosaur Kale Chips
Ingredients:
- Kale
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Any other spice you like
Directions:
- Rip the kale leaves from the stem. Then rip them into bite-size pieces.
- Mix in a big bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other spice you like.
- Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes, or until crispy and crunchy like chips!
Hero Hummus
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans
- Tahini, Sunflower seed, or any nut butter
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Blend ALL ingredients in blender until smooth, adding a bit of oil or water if it needs to be thinned at all.
Mint Sun Tea
Ingredients:
- Fresh mint
- Water
- Sun
Directions:
- Place the mint leaves in a jug of water.
- Leave in direct sunlight for at least an hour, and add ice or lemon to add freshness for a hot day!
Crispy Chipiritos
Ingredients:
- Corn tortillas
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions:
- Cut tortillas into triangle wedges.
- Coat with some olive oil, and sprinkle salt over them.
- Lay tortilla wedges out on a pan, and bake in an oven at 400 for 5 minutes, then flip and bake until golden and crispy.
Cute Quesadilla
Ingredients:
- Tortilla (flour or corn)
- Grated cheese
Directions:
- Grate cheese and layer evenly over one tortilla. Place another tortilla on top.
- Either grill on the stovetop or bake in an oven until cheese has melted.
- Try to let it cool down a bit before eating, even though it’s so hard to resist!
